A chartered real estate broker, I have been a member of the Cartier RE/MAX team for over 22 years. My first real estate transactions date back to 2002.
My career has been shaped by the ups and downs of the real estate market, from the stock market crisis of the 2000s to the hyperactive market of 2004 and 2005 and the subprime crisis of 2008. I navigated through the stabilisation of the market between 2010 and 2016, followed by the overheating in 2018 and 2019, and more recently, I faced the new Covid-19 situation. I lived through a completely crazy market, where we received more than twenty offers on one house, followed by the post-increase stabilisation of interest rates.
My extensive experience enables me to advise you in the light of the current economic climate, helping you to make informed decisions in a market that represents one of the best investment levers. With a diverse academic background, including a master's degree in management from UQTR, a bachelor's degree in computer science from ISG and a certificate in law from UdeM, I strive to bring together the skills needed to guide you effectively through your real estate projects, ensuring you have the best possible transactional experience.
Honesty and openness are my fundamental principles. I am committed to offering my clients a professional service, aligned with the standards I would expect to receive as a client. My diverse experience
